Translation rates are directly dependent on the text to be translated. My exclusive basis for price calculation is the source text. There are no blanket multiplication factors for a longer target language text since, for example, a German translation is usually longer than the English source text.

The number of words is precisely analysed – but that is not all: You are given a discount for all internal redundancies (repetitions) in the source text as well as for partial and complete matches in the database which is later used for that translation. Should 20 percent of the text be repeated, for example, this results in a considerable discount since for this 20 percent I do not charge the complete word or line rate.

The price is not calculated on the mere overall text volume, but on the basis of the actual volume of new text to be translated.
